Morning Berry breakfast smoothie

Discover a delicious way to start your day with our Morning Berry breakfast smoothie. A mixture of nourishing nuts, tahini and avocado with a burst of berries to set you up for the day ahead. Simply combine all the ingredients in a blender, top with cacao and enjoy your breakfast berry smoothie.
What you need:
1 Morning Berry tea bag
Half a small avocado
½ tbsp tahini or your favourite nut butter
2 tbsp berries e.g. blueberries, blackberries,raspberries or a mix – frozen are fine
1 tbsp seeds e.g. pumpkin, sunflower or hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
100ml your favourite plant milk or water
1 serving of your favourite protein powder &/or collagen powder (optional)
1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)
What you do:
Brew a cup of Morning Berry tea as normal, and leave to cool completely (you could do this the night before)
Add cooled tea to a blender, along with all other ingredients (except the cacao nibs), and blend until smooth
Add more water or plant milk until it’s your preferred consistency
Pour into a glass, top with the cacao nibs and enjoy.
